What are your business hours?
We are open for business on Saturdays & Sundays from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, all year round.

How do I make a reservation for a selling booth?
The Office is open and we start taking weekend reservations on Monday from 12:00 PM until 4;:30, and on Fridays from 9:00 AM until 4:30PM. You need to call the Monday or Friday prior to the weekend you are planning on coming out.

What are the rental prices?
Rental Prices for 1 day (Saturday Only) - $20.00, for 1 day (Sunday Only) - $40.00, 2 day rental (Saturday & Sunday) - $40.00. You must pay for both days together to get the weekend rate.

What size are the rental spaces?
Each space is approximately 10ft wide & 8ft deep. All spaces are paved and covered. There is 20ft of dealer parking is available directly behind each space. You may utilize the parking space as more selling space and park your vehicle in the designated parking area. There is room for one vehicle behind each selling space.

What is provided with each selling space?
One table (picnic style) is provided with each space at no extra charge. The Vendor must provide additional tables if needed.

Is there electricity available?
There is a limited amount of electricity available, it is to be used for testing merchandise only (Ex: used appliances, tv's, etc.). If you need electricity you must provide your own power source. We do not allow Vendors to use electric HEATERS or FANS.

What forms of payments do you accept for my booth rental?
We accept cash, or a personal check (it must be on a Texas bank, and you must have a Texas ID). We do not accept credit/debit cards.

What can I sell at your flea market?
Currently we are accepting ONLY Used Merchandise, Garage Sale Items, Antiques, and Hand Made Crafts. We do allow businesses to advertise your products/services. Flyers or Paperwork are not allowed to be distributed anywhere other than in the seller's space. Please call the office for further details. We DO NOT ALLOW FOOD/BEVERAGE SALES, we own all the Concessions.

As a dealer what time should I be set up?
Dealers/Vendors must be set up, paid and ready for business by 10:00 AM both Saturdays and Sundays. Any booths that are not occupied by 10:00 AM both days may be re-rented without refund. Booths must be attended by someone at all times.

Can I stay with my merchandise overnight?
Vendors may stay overnight with their merchandise on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. There is a $2.00/per night charge. Bathroom facilities are available. We are not responsible for merchandise left overnight.

What time is the gate open/closed for vendors?
Gates are open for Vendors at 7:30 AM on Saturdays & Sundays. The exit gate stays open until 10:00 PM on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights. The property is not open Tuesday through Thursday.

What is the price for parking/entrance fee?
Parking is $2.00/per car, this is the only fee charged to enter. Parking is FREE before 10:00am and after 5:00pm.
